Description
I took the drawing as an illustration from a book, and I rearranged some parts of it and removed some completely. As you can see right away, the drawing is one that instructs Christians to take up their cross and follow Christ. However, what stands out in the drawing is Jesus’ facial expression and the position of his entire body. It is as if Jesus is saying to the men who follow him: “If you do not apply my teachings in your daily life, if you do not follow my commandments in your heart, then you carry these crosses in vain.”
