Description
With blurring added to simplify the contours of the areas shapes which have the same lightness values, creating a "posterize" effect. Note, in inkscape 0.91 there was a bug but it renders fine in 0.92.(Reason of the sloppy thumbnail.)Check this for the correct rendering or open the svg in chrome.http://iterativeideasinventory.blogspot.hu/2016/12/posterize-pack.html
