Description
A man on a horse is confronted by highwaymen on an isolated road. A vectorization of a drawing in Doctor Syntaxs Three Tours: in search of the picturesque, consolation, and a wife, William Combe, 1868. The drawing was entitled Dr Syntax Stopped by Highwaymen. The raster image was processed to remove blemishes, and contrast and colours were adjusted before vectorization.
